Please read these terms before using Neon Run ("the game") or the AI-Games
website. By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to them. If
you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Neon Run is made by AI-Games ("we", "us", "our"), an independent game developer.
You can reach us at izyromano@gmail.com.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own private
entertainment. That is all this licence covers.
You agree not to:
The game and everything in it — code, artwork, characters, the AI-Games name and
logo, sounds, and design — belong to AI-Games or its licensors, and are protected
by copyright and other laws. Playing the game gives you no ownership of any of it.
The music is by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio and is used under his licence, which
requires attribution. That credit must remain visible and must not be removed.
If online rankings are enabled and you submit a score:
From time to time we may run competitions or giveaways — for example, a prize for
a top-ranked player over a period of time. When we do:
We work hard to make the game enjoyable and reliable, but we provide it "as is"
and "as available". We do not promise it will always be free of bugs, that it will
run on every device, or that it will never be interrupted. To the fullest extent
the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not expressly stated here.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-Games will not be liable for any
indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the
game. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law
(such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Where our
liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you
paid for the game, which for a free game is zero.
We may update, change, or discontinue the game or any part of it — including
online rankings and competitions — at any time. We may also update these terms.
When we make a significant change to the terms, we will update the date at the top
and, where appropriate, note it in the game's release notes or on our website.
Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end
your access if you break these terms, for example by cheating or tampering with
scores.
Your privacy matters. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy
Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where AI-Games operates, without
affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
